Unfortunately, the BHMA does not maintain a list of recommended practitioners. However, there are some national registries that might be helpful:

Good luck with your search.

The British Holistic Medical Association isn’t an accreditation provider.

Our membership is open to anyone and one of the key benefits is being able to gain access to the current versions of our highly regarded Journal of Holistic Healthcare. The journal covers the latest thinking in holistic practice as well as updates on news and events and we receive contributions by leaders in this field. Our membership also grants access to a closed social media group where you can connect to like-minded people.

While we can’t grant accreditation, we hope the benefits of the BHMA interest you. You can join here.

Journal content is planned up to a year in advance. Our 2019 issues are:

  • Spring: Nature Connection  (Closed: no  longer open to submissions)
  • Summer: Faith, Hope and Love
  • Autumn: Soil, Soul & Society

We do not take unsolicited articles – please contact our editorial team to discuss the suitability of your proposed article/book review/news item in advance of submission. We do not accept any articles endorsing commercial products or services.
